Heino's Neugier auf weitere Beavers hat mich ebenfalls neugierig gemacht und dadurch fand ich nach Heino's Fund der Beavers zu Beginn der Vinyl-Single-Zeit, entsprechend dieser musikalischen Ära, in der wir uns hier befinden, noch weitere Beavers. In der Folge werde ich alle Beavers der Rocknroll-Ära in meiner üblichen Form zusammenfassen und entschuldige mich schon vorher für die kommenden Wiederholungen von Daten, die sich bereits hier in diesem Thread befinden. Ich wollte aber wegen der besseren zusammenfassenden Übersicht bei der folgenden Aufstellung nicht darauf verzichten.

Im Februar 1949 gründeten Freddy Hamilton, Lead-Tenor, John Wilson, Lead-Bariton, Dick Palmer, Tenor, und Raymond Johnson, Bass, in New York das Vokal-Quartett The Beavers. Erstmals auf Schallplatte erschienen sie als Begleitung von Herb Lance, allerdings noch ohne Namen, nur lapidar als Vocal Quartet. Bei ihrem Seitensprung zum Jazzer Lionel Hampton, nannten sie sich auch einmal The Hamptones.

Die Brüder Warner Alfred Weidler, Walter Wolfgang Weidler und William George Weidler, die bereits seit dem Jahre 1952 als Wilder Brothers aktiv waren (links klicken), probierten es im Jahre 1958 einmal als Beavers. Ob es sich bei der Herkunftsangabe Hollywood, Florida, um eine Verwechslung handelt oder ob sie tatsächlich zwischen den äußersten Westen und dem äußersten Osten der USA „daheim“ waren, konnte ich bisher nicht klären.
