weit nach den 60er Jahren entstanden ist, jedoch
sehr an das DADE-Label von 1959/60 erinnert
und "Clean Up Woman" (siehe Story unten mit CLEAN
UP MAN) ja auch von Betty Wright herausgebracht
wurde, die wiederum von STEVE ALAIMO produziert
wurde, der bei dem Original-DADE-Label recordete...
Ein bißchen Story:
Jimmie "Bo" Horne
Jimmie "Bo" Horne is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Joy Productions Inc. He is deemed a "detailed and resourceful" Event Planner, who created many successful musical events, and festivals and has brought many "National Recording Artists" to the South Florida area. Mr. Horne is a former national and international recording artist. Jimmie "Bo" Horne is a living legend and continues to be deeply involved in the music and entertainment business in many ways! Jimmie "Bo" Horne had everyone singing: "Let’s Do It, Let’s Dance, Let’s Dance Across the Floor" in the ‘70s. Regarded as one of the original architects of the Miami Dance Sound, Mr. Horne played an integral part in defining pop music with hit after hit spanning two decades. After signing with Miami’s TK Records. In 1973, he released the hit "Clean Up Man" in Germany. The success of his disco feeding frenzy followed him back in the states. His various Billboard hits became club standards. They were picked up by television producers and used on Soul Train, as well as American Bandstand and a number of sitcoms. His release "Gimme Some" went gold in 1975, and was followed by the Billboard hit single "Dance Across the Floor" in 1978 that went double gold. Other Billboard hits include "Spank," "You Get Me Hot," "Get Happy," and "Is It In". It was during this period that Horne shaped what became known as "The Miami Sound." Being a former entertainer, Mr. Horne knows the business of music. To this end, it made for a smooth transition in event planning. He understands the role and responsibilities of an event planner and believes in thorough and detail planning leading to rewarding and successful events.
In addition to his professional career, his formal education was completed in 1971 at Bethune Cookman College receiving a bachelors degree in Sociology.
