Kurz-Bio:
Der Studio- und Jazzmusiker (Gitarre und andere Saiten-Instrumente), Band-Leader und Arrangeur Bob Bain wurde am 26. Jänner 1924 in Chicago, Illinois, als Robert F. Bain geboren. Ende der 30er-Jahre zog er nach Los Angeles, wo er seine Schulausbildung zum Abschluss brachte und danach als Berufsmusiker bei diversen Formationen, Freddie Slack, Tommy Dorsey, Bob Crosby u. a. tätig war, bevor er seine eigene Band gründete. Ab den Fünfzigern war er hauptsächlich als Arrangeuer, auch für Film und Fernsehen, tätig.
