Der Trompeter und Bandleader Cousin Fuzzy wurde am 24. November 1916 auf einem Bauernhof in Millville, Minnesota, als Earl Joseph McNellis geboren und verstarb am 31. August 1984 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Die Musiker seiner Polkaband aus Green Bay, Wisconsin, waren auf dem geposteten Bild er selbst mit Trompete, Agnes Benz mit Akkordeon, Bob Connelly mit Trompete, Ralph Highdale mit Kontrabass, Clarence “Tintcy” Forslund mit Gitarre, und die zwei Sängerinnen der Milkmaids Joan Jandrain und Pat Bakkom.
