Hallo,
die Band um Roy Hall setzte ein Junggesellendasein fort, spielte in Tennessee und Kentucky und kehrte als Basis nach Detroit zurück, wo Hall schließlich eine neue Gruppe namens Eagles zusammenstellte, die mit Flash Griner am Lead-Gesang die Songs für das Citation-Label einspielte.

Keiner von ihnen – nicht einmal die geschätzte “Skinny Minny aus Texas City“ – hatte den Erfolg, das man brauchte, um eine Gruppe zu unterhalten, und Anfang der 50 er Jahre war Hall zurück nach Nashville gezogen und leitete einen Club, der in verschiedenen Erinnerungen bekannt ist entweder als Music Box oder Musicians' Hideaway, wo er auch Klavier spielte und gelegentlich an Sessions mit verschiedenen Musikern teilnahm
