Der Violinist, Gitarrist und Sänger Don Harris, geboren am 18. Juni 1938 als Don Francis Bowman Harris in Pasadena, Kalifornien, und verstorben am 30. November 1999 in Los Angeles, Kalifornien, sowie der Pianist und Sänger Dewey Terry, geboren am 17. Juli 1937 als Dewey Steven Terry in Pasadena, Kalifornien, und verstorben am 11. Mai 2003 in Los Angeles, Kalifornien, bildeten etwa 1956 ein Vokal-Duett. Sie waren befreundet und bereits gemeinsam bei der Vokalformation The Squires aus Pasadena als Musiker (Gesang etc.) tätig.
