*) Die Aufnahme des Titels “I Sold My Heart To The Junkman“ durch die Starlets als Blue Belles, wurde kurz vorher mit der
....gleichen Bestellnummer als Single veröffentlicht (links klicken).
Bereits im Jänner 1953 gab es Blue Belles auf den Plattenmarkt, die aus vier Damen und einem Herrn bestanden, die auch schwarz waren, lediglich eine Single veröffentlichten und mit den obigen Blue Belles überhaupt nichts zu tun hatten. Dass Patty Labelle mit ihren Blubelles auch bei ATLANTIC auftauchte, allerdings erst im Jahre 1965, ist nichts anderes als ein reiner Zufall.
