Ein wenig Info von Lynn Bruce zum Thema Royaltones:

Bo Savich and I seem to have been twin drummers.
Way back in maybe 1958 or 59, the Royaltone s drummer left the group and I practised with them in my basement.
I remember we had Vern Parker on guitar and George Katsakis on sax and I think Bob babbit on bass.Nothing came of it since we had no place to play at that time.
I can't remember the details but I got a day job at Fords and they hired Bo for this group.
Then later,he took my place in Jamie Coe and the Gigalos and I took his place in Johnny and the Hurricanes.
Then in 1966 again in the Royaltones for a short time and we played in Detroit at the West Fort Tavern.
In the Royaltones when I was with them in 1966 were George Katsakis on sax,Bob Babbit on bass and Dennis Coffey on guitar.
Then in 1978 Bo left a Detroit group called the BlueNotes and I took his place in that group.
Only this time I stayed with the Blue Notes for 20 years while Bo quit playing music completly.
We were always good friends though and when ever I was home from the road when playing with Johnny and the Huricanes,I'd always stop in to where Jamie Coe and the Gigalos were playing at in the Detroit area.
I would then tell him about what all the guys in the band were doing and what shows and stars we backed up when on tour.
I was a good life but the touring on the road and living out of a suitcase could get old.
This is the main reason Bo left the Hurricanes and took a steady job just playing in the Detroit area with the Gigalos.
